Following today’s Swine Show at the Henry County Fair, grab a delicious Pork Burger!  Henry County Pork Producers are providing the burgers under the Wright Family Pavilion!  The Swine Show is underway at 9am.  You will find the Henry County Fair at McMillan Park and will not want to miss tonight’s entertainment with Aaron Tippin!

Join Iowa Wesleyan Alumni for a reunion this weekend!  Today through Sunday, there are several get togethers planned!  At 5pm tonight, meet at AmericInn, 1100 N. Grand Ave. in Mt. Pleasant followed by supper at Mt. Hammill Tap at 7pm, & a stop at West Side Tap at 9p.

The Van Buren County Fair in Keosauqua features a Rodeo tonight with the grandstands opening at 5:30pm, rodeo starts at 6pm!  Here are today’s activities:

The Theatre Museum Repertoire Americana is open today and Saturday from 10am – 4pm (closed 12-12:30pm for lunch)! The museum is dedicated to the preservation of memorabilia and artifacts of early repertoire theatre. The collection includes painted curtains and scenic pieces; costumes and equipment; playbills, show cards, advertising sheets, and so much more!   The museum is located on the Old Threshers grounds at 405 Thresher Road and is open weekly Thursday – Saturday through Labor Day.

The Salem Farmer’s is open from 4:30pm – 7:30pm at the Salem square; the heart of downtown.  The Farmer’s Market features local, fresh produce, crafts, and more!  The Salem Farmer’s Market will be held every Friday evening through October 3rd!
