The Presbyterian Women are holding their annual Fall Rummage & Bake Sale from 8am – 1pm!  All items are 50 cents, unless otherwise marked!  The $2 a bag sale starts at 11am!  Enter through the South Doors at the First Presbyterian Church, 902 S. Walnut Street in Mt. Pleasant!

The West Point Farmers Market is from 9 am to 12 pm at the Park! Get ready to have spookily fun time at this Halloween themed final Farmers Market of the season! It is also kidpreneur day and there will also be a bags tournament with sign-up at 10 am!

The Southeast Iowa Symphony Orchestra invites you to Brahms’ 1st Symphony this weekend as part of the 75th Masterworks Series.  Concerts are scheduled for The Capitol in Burlington; 7pm tonight.  Sunday, enjoy the concert at the Bridgeview Center in Ottumwa at 2pm, and at 7pm on Sunday evening, enjoy the concert in Mt. Pleasant at the Chapel Auditorium.

The Henry County Conservation Department presents “Halloween at the Campgrounds”! Bring your little ghouls and goblins to the campgrounds at Oakland Mills Nature Center for Trunk or Treat starting at 4pm! There is also a decorating contest amongst the campers with judging after dark.

Join Denmark Congregational Church of Christ  for the 78th annual God’s Portion Day starting at 10am! Celebrate faith, fellowship, and community with food, a parade, games, a picnic basket raffle,  and activities for all ages, there’s truly something for everyone to enjoy!  Lunch is served from 11am – 11:45am with drive-thru available! New this year is the Kid’s Carnival from 11:30am – 2:30pm with games, face painting, and more!
