The Mt. Pleasant Public Library’s Children’s Discovery Center is open from 12pm – 2pm, where there is something to discover for everyone!  The Children’s Discovery Center is also open on Friday this week, from 10am – 12pm.  Also, while you are there, be sure to visit the children’s section of the public library!  Lots of books and lots to do!  The library opens at 9am.

April is National Donate Life Month!  To raise awareness for eye, organ, and tissue donation, Blue & Green Spirit Week runs through April 11th.  Today is “Thank your Healthcare Team” day.  The following is a list of events for the rest of this week:

Mount Pleasant Community Theatre is hosting a children’s theatre workshop titled School for Spies June 22nd through June 26th. The workshop will run daily from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., with a final performance by participants on Friday, June 26th at 6:30 p.m. The program is open to ages 7 through 18, with a cost of $50 per child.
