Lockridge Man Arrested on Sexual Abuse Charges

A Lockridge man is facing felony and misdemeanor charges following a Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office investigation into a reported sexual abuse case.

According to the Sheriff’s Office, deputies received a report on June 12, 2026 of alleged sexual abuse involving an adult male and a juvenile victim in Lockridge. Following an investigation, authorities identified Neal Lynch, 27, of Lockridge as the suspect and obtained arrest warrants.

Lynch was arrested on the evening of June 22, 2026 and charged with Sexual Abuse in the Second Degree, a Class B felony, and Indecent Contact with a Child, an aggravated misdemeanor.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
