A Traffic Stop Near Ainsworth Leads to Arrest of Memphis Woman in Stolen Vehicle

A Memphis, Tennessee woman is facing multiple charges after she was stopped for speeding and driving recklessly on Highway 218 and 240th Street yesterday morning, July 21st.

The Iowa State Patrol reported that 30-year-old, Ariel Nicole Adams, was driving without a license and intoxicated. During the stop, the trooper also determined that the vehicle Adams was driving had been reported stolen out of Minnesota.

Adams was charged with operating while intoxicated, theft, speeding, reckless driving, illegal dark window tint, driving without a valid license, and failure to provide proof of financial liability.

The stolen vehicle was towed to Moore’s Towing, and Adams was transported to the Washington County Jail.
