ATV vs. Car Results in No Injuries

On Saturday, September 14, 2024 at 5:14pm, the Henry County Sheriff’s Office received a call of a vehicle collision in the 2900 block of Graham Avenue, near Mount Pleasant between an ATV and a car.  Upon arrival, it was determined that a 1995 Buick Riviera driven by David McSparen, 43, of Salem, collided with a 2023 Can Am UTV driven by Craig Hoyer, 35, of Winfield.  There were no injuries reported.  Both vehicles were totaled.  Both vehicles were removed from the roadway and arrangements made for their removal.  After an investigation at the scene, McSparen was charged with Driving While Suspended, Failure to Provide Security Against Liability-Accident Related, and No Registration.
