KILJ — The Iowa Hawkeye football team has been red hot on the recruiting trail, and the trend continued yesterday when they secured a commitment from rising senior Carson May of Jones, Oklahoma.
May held interest from Baylor, Colorado and Iowa State among others.
The 6-foot-5 gunslinger threw for 3,000 yards last year and is currently ranked as the No. 82 quarterback in the country for the Class of 2022.
He’ll join a quarterback room in the future that is expected to be headed by some combination of Alex Padilla and Deuce Hogan.
