The Mt. Pleasant Community School District Annual BOOK FAIR continues today from 8:00am – noon (through parent/teacher conferences)!  Salem, Harlan, Lincoln and Van Allen Elementary Schools and the Middle School are hosting book fairs.  Books make AWESOME gifts and all proceeds to toward the purchase of new books for each of the buildings!

MP Rec Center 3rd Annual TURKEY TROT Family Friendly 5K/1 Mile RUN & WALK November 23rd 8 am registration, games, activities, inflatables, refreshments, and a 9am start time. $20 includes a shirt, pre-register online or at the Rec Center by today.

Friends of Henry County Health Center Soup Supper at the Calvary Baptist Church, 803 E. Mapleleaf Drive in Mt. Pleasant 4:00pm – 7:00pm!  Your donation includes a choice of Chicken Noodle, Potato or Broccoli Cheese Soup or Chili, bread, desert and a drink.  Proceeds from this supper benefit Friends of HCHC Healthcare Scholarship Fund!

The Fairfield Area Community Theatre presents “THE THANKSGIVING PLAY” tonight and tomorrow night at 7:00pm at the Walton Club, 2265 Walton Lake Road in Fairfield.  Tickets for this dessert show are $20 at the door or available for purchase at Adela’s.
