The Louisa County ISU Extension and Outreach office is holding an End of the Year Open House 9am – 1pm at 317 Van Buren Street in Wapello.  Snacks, Hot Chocolate and a card making activity round out the festivities, and the chance to meet the new people of Louisa County Extension.
