To all Mt. Pleasant Veteran’s Hall Bingo players and patrons: we will not be serving a meal tonight or Monday, 10/28/24 because we are upgrading the kitchen!  The Veteran’s Hall will be back better than ever with supper on Friday, November 11th!

The 7th Annual Haunted Halls will be spooklacular good time in Bonaparte from 7pm – 10pm tonight & tomorrow night!  Bonaparte’s Historic School Building features twists & turns, ghouls and goblins for ages 10 years to adult.  Admission to the Haunted Halls is $10 per person!

Today is the last day to register for the Beginning Beekeeping Program hosted by the Henry County Extension Office, 127 N. Main Street in Mt. Pleasant.  The cost is $30 for 4 courses led by Dave Tull, a Southeast Iowa Beekeeper.  The course is held on Tuesday evenings from 5:30pm – 9pm starting October 29th.  Please contact the Henry County Extension Office at 319-385-8126.
