The 20th Century Car Club presents Mt. Pleasant Cruise Night on the square from 5:30pm – 8:30pm!  All makes and models of cars will be on display throughout the evening!  Grab dinner at one of Mt. Pleasant’s restaurants and enjoy a road trip back into automotive history!

The Theatre Museum Repertoire Americana is open today and Saturday from 10am – 4pm (closed 12-12:30pm for lunch)! The museum is dedicated to the preservation of memorabilia and artifacts of early repertoire theatre. The collection includes painted curtains and scenic pieces; costumes and equipment; playbills, show cards, advertising sheets, and so much more!   The museum is located on the Old Threshers grounds at 405 Thresher Road and is open weekly Thursday – Saturday through Labor Day.

The Salem Farmer’s is open from 4:30pm – 7:30pm at the Salem square; the heart of downtown.  The Farmer’s Market features local, fresh produce, crafts, and more!  The Salem Farmer’s Market will be held every Friday evening through October 3rd!

Let the KC’s do the cooking tonight in Houghton, Iowa!  The Houghton Knights of Columbus are hosting a FISH FRY and will be serving from 5pm – 7:30pm. Carry out is available by calling 319-469-2641.  Whole Catfish ($14), Fish Fillets ($12), or Jumbo Shrimp ($12) with two sides are on the menu!  Children eat for $7.
