The Children’s Discovery Center at the Mt. Pleasant Public Library, 307 E. Monroe Street, is open from 10am – 12pm!  There is something to discover for children of all ages. The Children’s Discovery Center is also open on Saturday from 10am – 12pm!

All God’s Creatures is hosting Bingo and a Soup Supper, bingo, & silent auction starting at 5:30pm at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church Manning Hall, 607 S. Jackson Street in Mt. Pleasant!  This is a free will donation event to support the animals and care at All God’s Creatures:

• 5:30pm Soup Supper serving begins
• 6:30pm Bingo!
• 8:00pm Silent Auction ends

It’s Trivia Night at the First Methodist Church, 309 N. Main Street, with all proceeds going to support the Mt. Pleasant Historic Preservation Commission and the renovation of the Second Baptist Church!  The meal begins at 5:30pm with trivia at 6:45pm!  To sponsor or join a table, call Lea Bradley at 319-931-0671.  Teams are encouraged to decorate your table to showcase your business or organization.

Danville Community School District presents the musical “Big Fish” at the Danville High School!  Show times are 7pm tonight and at 1pm on Saturday!  Join the adventure and get lost in the story!

Wapello Community Club: hosting a night of Bingo at the Briggs Center! Food this month will be provided by the Wapello Music Boosters for a free will donation to help with costs of kids attending Disney this coming year. They will be serving meaty nachos. Food service begins at 5:30 and Bingo to follow at 6:30. Please feel free to share our event to get the word out. The more that play, the more the games will pay out
