Mount Pleasant City offices are closed today.  Thursday trash pickup will still take place today.

The Mount Pleasant Area Chamber Alliance office is closed today.

The Festival of Lights in Mount Pleasant is open for the holiday season.  See the hundreds of displays set up thru out the Old Threshers campgrounds.  Open 5:30 to 9 pm tonight thru the Thanksgiving holiday weekend and then every night in December. New attractions this year include the new Santa House, the Snow Village collection, horse and wagon rides and trolley rides to the Log Village. Plus…Santa arrives and will be in his new house tonight, Saturday night and Sunday night.
