April is National Donate Life Month and the Henry County Health Center in Mt. Pleasant is raising awareness with a BAKE SALE from 8:30am – 3:00pm in the hospital lobby.  All items are a free will donation with proceeds going to Iowa Donor Network.

The Nutman, Co. will be in HCHC lobby from 8am – 4pm!  Choose from over 200 varieties of nuts, chocolates, snacks or more!  The Nutman will also available on Tuesday from 8am – 2pm.

Mount Pleasant Community Theatre is hosting a children’s theatre workshop titled School for Spies June 22nd through June 26th. The workshop will run daily from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., with a final performance by participants on Friday, June 26th at 6:30 p.m. The program is open to ages 7 through 18, with a cost of $50 per child.
