The musicians of Swedesburg Lutheran and First United Methodist will combine forces to lead a service of Carols and Their Stories at 9 AM  Swedesburg Evangelical Lutheran Church, led by the magnificently restored pipe organ at Swedesburg. THIS WILL NOT BE A SERVICE OF LESSONS AND CAROLS as most people might expect. Rather, this is a service featuring congregational singing of the traditional and loved Christmas Hymns and the reading of the stories associated with the writing and history of the hymns.  Both churches extend a warm welcome to all those who love to sing the Christmas Carols, and even those who don’t like to or can’t sing, but love to hear the carols of the Christmas season.
