The Annual Team No One Walks Alone Valentine Gift Sale is going on onfrom 8 am to 2 pm at Kramer’s Gas and Grocery in Salem.  You’ll find crafts, flowers, gift baskets and sweet treats for your Valentine.

Support the Lockridge Fire Department. Attend the free will donation soup supper and auction at the Lockridge School.  Soups and beef and noodles served from 4:30 to 7 pm.  The auction will follow the 6 pm Southeast Iowa Regional Fire Honor Guard flag presentation.

Beat the winter blahs and celebrate Valentine’s Day early at New London VFW Post 7641.  Enjoy fish and chicken from 5-7 p.m. then listen and dance to a Jukebox Saturday night from 7-9. Dance or just enjoy music from our “best juke box tunes” around..  A donation can will be available to help everyone enjoy the tunes.

The Mount Pleasant Community Theater presents, “Blithe Spirit” at 7 pm tonight and again February 13 at 2 pm at the Heatilator Performing Arts Center.  Tickets are $10 at the door.
