The Des Moines County Master Gardeners are pleased to present an educational Winter Seminar. The seminar will begin at 9:00 a.m. at Southeastern Community College in West Burlington, Iowa. The event is open to all gardeners, whether beginners or experts.

View the film “Gridshock” and hear a speaker from Team Iowa discuss and answer questions about human trafficking in Iowa and what can be done to help 10:00am – Noon at the Danville Methodist Church in Danville.  This event is free and open to the public.

Join the New London Holiday Stroll’s Annual Soup Supper tonight from 3:00pm-6:00pm (or until they run out of soup!) at the New London Community Building. $6 will get you a bowl of soup with a drink and a dessert. They will have many different types of soup, with Chicken Noodle, Keto Ham and Cheese, Ham and Potato, and Chili, as well as cinnamon rolls, strawberry pie, Texas sheet cake, and peanut butter sandwich.
