The Lee County Conservation Department invites you to Earth Day Volunteer Workday!  This event will start at 9:00am at Heron Bend Conservation Area and Chatfield Park!

Mt. Pleasant Community Theatre presents Vintage Hitchcock!  Enjoy “A Live Radio Play” at the Heatilator Performing Arts Center!  Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for students.  Performances are at 7:00 this evening, and a 2:00 matinee on Sunday afternoon!

Henry County Habitat for Humanity is looking for volunteers to help build the 31st home, located at 400 East Henry in Mt. Pleasant. They build exclusively on Saturdays from 8:00am to 2:00pm. The American Legion is hosting a Chili and Salad Supper to send two Mt. Pleasant High School Students to Boys State at Camp Dodge in June!  The supper is from 5:30 – 7:30 and it is a free will donation at the Mt. Pleasant Veterans Hall, 300 West Monroe Street.
