The Children’s Discovery Center at the Mt. Pleasant Public Library is open from 10am – 12pm.  The Discovery Center is located next to the library at 307 E. Monroe Street.  There is something to discover for children of all ages!  The Discovery Center will also be open on Monday from noon-2pm.

Player’s Workshop, 1431 Grove St. in Burlington, opens the theatrical season with the musical farce “Something Rotten”! Performances this weekend are at 7:30pm tonight, with a matinee on Sunday at 2pm.  “Something Rotten” has a PG-13 rating, and the biggest celebrity in England is a playwright named William Shakespeare!
