Swedesburg Lutheran Church invites you to a free organ concert featuring music by artist Stephen O’Baker who is an organist at Faith Lutheran Church in Clive, Iowa.  Join us for an afternoon of delightful music at 1897 140th Street in Mt. Pleasant.  This concert is free and open to the public.  There will be a free will offering for the Organ Fund.

St. Peter’s United Church of Christ of Franklin, Iowa, will be holding their Stewardship Sunday Event starting at 4pm.

• 4:00pm Bizaar opens
• 4:00pm – 6:00pm meal with beef burgers, hot chicken sandwiches, hot dogs and more.
• 6:00pm  Drawing: 1st prize/Quilt, 2nd prize/Outdoor Windmill and 3rd prize/$100

The Dover Museum in New London is featuring “My Life in Alaska During the 1964 Earthquake”.  Virginia Ekstrand will talk about her experience of living through this earthquake at 1:30pm.  This event is free and open to the public.
