The Henry County Fair at McMillan Park in Mt. Pleasant is starts this week!  This morning at 9am, catch the Horse Show!  The Queen Contest is Wednesday night, the Bill Riley Talent Show is Thursday, and the Demolition Derby is Saturday night!  Don’t miss one day of the Henry County Fair starting Wednesday, July 16th through Monday, July 21st with a closing KILJ Breakfast by the livestock building!

The Van Buren County Fair in Keosauqua features the 4-H/FFA and Open K-3 Horse Show at 5pm in the Goehring Arena!  There will be no fair activities on Monday, but head out to the fair grounds on Tuesday as the 4-H exhibits open up!  

It is Day One of the Washington County Fair in Washington!  Don’t miss the Washington County Queen Contest in the grandstand at 7pm!

The Burlington Municipal Band is made up of talented community musicians, and they will be in concert at 7:30pm at the Crapo Park Band Shell in Burlington!  Bring your lawn chair and enjoy an evening of music!  The Burlington Municipal Band presents concerts at the Crapo Park band shell each Sunday evening at 7:30 P.M. during the summer months.
