The Open Bible Church Annual Cookie Walk is from 1pm – 3pm!  Start building your dessert trays for the holidays and there is so much to choose from!  The Open Bible Church at 306 N. Cherry Street in Mt. Pleasant.  All proceeds from the cookie walk will fund local, national, and international missions.

The Mt. Pleasant High School Music Department presents their Winter Concert at 2pm!  The concert will feature instrumental and choral ensembles in the Chapel Auditorium, 601 N. Main Street in Mt. Pleasant.  The concert is free and open to the public.

THIS IS CANCELED DUE TO WEATHER: The Danville Christmas Walk Vendor Show from NOON – 6pm in the Danville High School Gym is packed full of crafts, gifts, decor, goodies and more! Uptown Danville Christmas Walk 3-6 pm. Businesses open, bake sales , Lions Soup Supper at community building as well as Mr. and Mrs. Claus & activities at the fire station. Sponsored by the Danville Lions Club. Join in an afternoon full of holiday spirit and community fun in Danville!

The Swedish Museum and the Swedesburg Lutheran Church present the crowning of Santa Lucia at 6pm in the Parish Hall.  The story of Santa Lucia will be told and a procession will be held.  Join in this traditional program which includes music and community.  It is free and open to all.
