The Burlington Municipal Band’s third concert of its summer series is going to be something out of the ordinary!  The conductor will be Van Buren band director David Adams and David’s “theme” will be “High School Pep Band Flashback.”  All present and former band nerds remember with nostalgia their time spent sitting in the bleachers playing the current hits as arranged for pep band.   David’s concert will certainly let them relive those youthful days.  Those who weren’t band nerds will just have to be entertained by peppy music from the seventies and eighties!  Like all Muni Band concerts, the 7:30 PM Sunday concert at the Crapo Park bandshell will be free, and family-friendly.  Bring a lawn chair or a blanket or sit on provided benches.
