All are welcome to a Twin Lakes Community Brunch at the Twin Lakes Golf & Country Club at 407 N. Clark Street in Winfield.  Brunch will be served from 9:30am – 1:00pm!  It’s a free will donation.

The Louisa County Fine Art Show, hosted by Hometown Pride Louisa County, Inc., wraps up today from noon – 4pm at the Morning Sun Community Center (home of the Lora Rock Gallery) 106 N. Main in Morning Sun.  Art from area artists will be on display and this event is free and open to the public.  The Artist Reception & Awards will be held 6:00pm – 7:30pm and is also open to the public.

Tri T Chapter CK of Donnellson is hosting a fundraiser at the Charleston Board of Trade on Sunday, October 1st from 4 to 7pm. All you can eat chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy, vegetable, baked beans, salad bar, and one non-alcoholic drink is included with your ticket. Tickets are $12 for adults and $8 for those 12 and under. Tickets can be purchased at the door or in advance by calling Mitzy at 319-385-5639. To Go orders are also available. All proceeds raised will go towards sending girls to camp.
