Mount Pleasant Town Hall 6 p.m. at the VFW Hall. Bring your questions and concerns for Congresswoman Miller-Meeks at a public forum. This will be an opportunity for citizens to hear from frontline federal workers and allow for the sharing of thoughts on how federal cuts, funding freezes, and illegal firings are affecting the jobs, health, safety, education, and economic futures of Iowa’s 1st District residents. The Mt. Pleasant Elementary Choral Concert will be performing at 7pm at the Chapel Auditorium, 601 N. Main Street.  The 3rd, 4th, & 5th grade choirs will be on stage!  This event is free and is open to the public.
