The Friends of HCHC/Volunteer Appreciation Lunch has been moved indoors to the Health Education Center. It is today at 11am.

The Wayland Economic Development group is hosting a PRE-Memorial Day Breakfast this year. And….it will be held in the evening from 5 t0 8 pm at the Your Choice Restaurant in Wayland.  For a free will donation you can enjoy pancakes, scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, whole hog sausage and a beverage.  Donations will help support the start-up of the new Wayland Area Childcare center.

Join Addington Place of Mt. Pleasant for their 3rd Lunch For A Cause of 2022 on Thursday, May 26th, from 11:30 AM to 1 PM. They will be serving a grilled hamburger with lettuce, tomato and pickle; creamy potato salad, a fruit salad, and a chewy chocolate chip cookie via carry out order. The meal will be $7.00 per order and all proceeds earned will benefit the “War Sucks For Children” UNICEF for Ukraine. Delivery option available on 4 or more group orders.
