The Annual Mt. Pleasant Community High School Alumni & Friends Pep Band and Choir will perform the Star Spangled Banner & a few tunes at the Panther girls and boys basketball games!  Anyone who has ever played for the Mt. Pleasant Music Department is welcome! Gather at the MP High School at 5:45pm to practice! Iowa State University Extension and Outreach Henry County will host re-shows of commercial pesticide applicator Continuing Instruction Courses. Forest, Aquatic, and Right-of-Way Pest Control 2,5,6 – 9:00 am to 12 noon. Seating is limited and preregistration is preferred.  The registration fee is $45 per course. Cash, check, and credit cards are accepted. All trainings will take place at the Iowa State University Extension and Outreach Henry County office located at 127 North Main Street in Mount Pleasant, Iowa.
