The 2025 Henry County Veterans Day Observance will begin at 10:30am in the community room of the Veterans Hall, 300 W. Monroe St. in Mt. Pleasant.  Parking for this event is available on all four sides of the building and the schedule includes:

•  Invocation and Benediction
• Mt. Pleasant High School Chamber Choir – patriotic musical selections
• Veterans of Foreign Wars & American Legions represented in Henry County will share remarks.
• 11am – Henry County Honor Guard will perform the 3-volley salute & TAPS will be played.

The Henry County Health Center Diabetes Education Department invites you to participate in “DIA-BINGO” from 2pm – 3pm.  Celebrate Diabetes Month and test your knowledge for a chance to win prizes!  This event is being held in Suite 25 at the hospital.

Today is the last day to register for the HCHC Diabetes Annual Review Course scheduled for Thursday, November 13th and is open to anyone who has Type 1 or Type 2 Diabetes and has completed the 10-hour diabetes class. 319-385-6518.
