For vaccinations and immunizations at Henry County Public Health stop in Tuesdays from 9-11 or Wednesdays and Thursdays from 1-4. This Thursday, January 5^th the hours are extended to 1-6.  If you have any questions call Public Health at 319-385-0779.

The Mount Pleasant Christian School is still on Christmas Break so the first Taco Tuesday of the new year is January 10.

The Mount Pleasant Moose Lodge serves tacos on Tuesdays from 5 to 7 pm.  The Lodge is located at 108 N. Saunders Street.

Celebrate Recovery launches a weekly gathering on Tuesdays beginning at 6 pm with a meal. This will be held at 1101 North Lucas Street in Mount Pleasant, the new Mt. Pleasant location of The City of Foundation. Celebrate Recovery is open to anyone struggling with hurts, habits or hang-ups that are preventing you from living a life of freedom and joy.
