The First Presbyterian Church, 902 S. Walnut Street in Mt. Henry County Public Health and HCHC are offering a fall prevention class called Stepping On from 1pm – 3pm at the HCHC Health Education Room.  The class is nationally recognized for helping participants learn strategies to reduce falls by increasing strength, balance, and awareness and will continue on Tuesdays through September 29^th.  Call to secure your spot: 319-385-0779.
