Iowa State University Extension and Outreach Henry County will host Ornamental and Turf Pest Control (Categories 3O, 3T, and 3OT) from 9:00am to 11:30am. The local attendance site is 127 North Main Street. Preregistration is strongly encouraged. Walk-ins are not guaranteed admission. Individual registration fee is $45. From Monday of Holy Week through Good Friday, The Rev. Court Fischer will be offering Holy Communion from 6-9 AM in the Sanctuary of First United Methodist Church. The United Methodist Church practices Open Communion, meaning it is available to people of all faiths. This is come and go as your time allows. You make take communion and leave right away, or you are welcome to include a time of meditation and prayer as you are led. You do not need to call the church and ask to come. All are welcome and invited during those hours.
