The historic Harlan-Lincoln House in Mount Pleasant is open for tours Wednesdays and Saturdays from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. March through October. Located at 101 West Broad Street, the museum highlights the connection between Senator James Harlan and the family of President Abraham Lincoln, featuring artifacts and stories from both families. Donations are appreciated, and additional tour times may be scheduled by appointment.

Fort Madison Junior/Senior High School will host a Career & Technical Education Open House on Wednesday, March 4, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. in the MPR at Fort Madison Junior/Senior High. Community members are invited to explore career pathways, tour classrooms and labs, meet instructors and students, and learn about industry certifications and dual enrollment opportunities. The event highlights how CTE programs prepare students for college and career success.
