The Mount Pleasant City Compost site is open Wednesdays from 1 pm to 6 pm and on Saturdays from 8 am to 5 pm. The site is located behind Saunders Park at the intersection of Yocum Lane and Hoaglin Drive.

The Mount Pleasant Farmer’s Market is in McMillan Park under Wright Pavilion from 4-6 pm.
