Mount Pleasant garbage collection is on schedule this week.  However, the City offices are closed Friday.

Henry County Public Health will hold a walk-in clinic for covid vaccines and flu shots from 1-5:30 pm.

New London VFW Post 7641 will serve tacos as usual tonight from 5 to 7 pm. The public is invited. The Post will open at 10 a.m. on Saturday January 1 serving complementary Tom & Jerry’s. Corned beef and cabbage will be served beginning at noon. There will be a free will donation taken for Post upkeep.
