ATV/UTV permit stickers have arrived! Stop by the Henry County Recorder’s Office to purchase your sticker.
The owner of the ATV/UTV MUST provide the Henry County Recorder’s Office with
proof of current registration and insurance on the machine.
The Recorder’s office will have the owner fill out a permit application before the county permit will be issued to the owner.
Cost $55 for the permit for July 1, 2021 – December 31, 2022
This is a Henry County ordinance for roads in Henry county only. This ordinance does not supersede any other county or cities ordinances that is in place to ride ATV/UTVs on roadways.
