Mount Pleasant High School’s InMotion Show Choir earned a well-deserved second-place finish in the 1A/2A/3A category at “A Touch of Class,” the show choir competition hosted by Benton Community Schools last Saturday. The group delivered its first competitive performance of the season and finished the event pleased with its showing while looking ahead to continued improvements as the season progresses.
InMotion also received the Caption Award for Outstanding Costumes, recognizing the visual design and presentation of this year’s production.
The group is now gearing up to perform in front of a home crowd at the Music in Motion Show Choir Invitational, scheduled for Saturday, February 7, hosted at the Mount Pleasant High School.
