The Mount Pleasant Board of Adjustment will meet on Tuesday, March 26th, at 5:00pm in the City Hall conference room, City Hall, 307 E. Monroe Street, Mount Pleasant, Iowa.

- Public hearing on Variance and/or Administrative Review Application filed by Dr. Jennifer Crull, chairman of the Board of The Belle Center, to occupy the building at 107 W Broad St, Mount Pleasant, Iowa, for uses including but not limited to small business incubator/co-working space/event space/meeting space, and to review the Building and Zoning Administrator’s determination that said uses are not permitted in the R-3 Multiple Family Dwelling District.
