Henry County Recorder Lynnae Buffington reminds owners that the renewal period for off highway vehicles and snowmobiles begins on Monday, September 1st and ends December 31st. Customers can renew their vehicles after January 1st; however, a $5 late penalty will be assessed. Options for renewal are: in person at the recorder’s office on the 2nd floor of the Henry County Courthouse or you can call for an amount and mail the payment. Office hours are Monday – Friday 8am-4:30pm with the office closed on Monday, September 1st for Labor Day.
