Richard D. Howie, DVM, 83, died Friday, August 7, 2026, at Wesley on Grand Senior Living in Des Moines.
Funeral service will be held 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at the First Presbyterian Church in Mount Pleasant. Rev. Trey Hegar will officiate. Burial will be in the Forest Home Cemetery.
