Roger Rex Hill, 73, passed away on Thursday, May 20, 2021 in his home surrounded by his family after a valiant fight against lung cancer.
Graveside Services will be held on Friday, May 28, 2021, at 2 p.m.at the White Oak Cemetery, with Full Military Honors conducted by the Henry County Honor Guard. A Celebration of Roger’s Life will be held at 4 p.m. at the Winfield Presbyterian Church. Friends may call after 2 p.m. on Thursday where the family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. that evening at the Murphy Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant. Memorials may be directed to the White Oak Cemetery, Great River Hospice or for a Scholarship to be awarded to a WMU graduate pursuing a career in mechanics. Those who are attending the services are encouraged to dress causal.
