College Football: Iowa State’s Hall a Doak Walker Semifinalist:

Iowa State running back Breece Hall has been named a semifinalist for the Doak Walker Award.

The award is presented annually to the nation’s best running back.

Hall has been the offensive lynchpin for the Cyclone offense, rushing for 1,172 yards and 16 touchdowns.

He’s in the midst of the second longest streak in NCAA history for rushing touchdowns in consecutive games.

He’ll look to keep that going with a road date at Oklahoma on Saturday.

Kick from Norman is set for 11:00 a.m.
