Local health care providers and policy experts will discuss upcoming Medicaid rule changes and the potential impact on Southeast Iowa from 2pm – 4pm at the Cambridge Learning Center on the Jefferson County Fairgrounds in Fairfield.  Speakers include Henry County EMS Director Jacob Dodds, University of Iowa professor and nurse practitioner Kerri Rupe, Van Buren County nurse practitioner Kyla Yates and former Ottumwa Mayor Rick Johnson who is a former state health official.  The public is invited to this forum which will be followed by a question/answer session.  This event is organized by the Rural Restoration Project and Jefferson County Indivisible.
