Supporting Local Matters
Small businesses are the backbone of Southeast Iowa’s economy. They provide jobs, support local families, and reinvest in the community through sponsorships, events, and everyday services. In communities like Mount Pleasant, small businesses help maintain a strong local identity while driving economic growth.
The Chamber encourages residents to take part in Small Business Week by attending events, visiting featured businesses, and choosing to shop local whenever possible.
Tickets for the Small Business Breakfast are available by calling the Mount Pleasant Area Chamber of Commerce.
