Area Recyclers offers a convenient drop-off location at 1000 W. Washington Street and is open from 8:30am – 3pm today and on Wednesdays. (Drive around to the west side of the building.)
Curbside recycling is also available every other week for Mount Pleasant residents:
North of Washington Street: Tuesday
South of Washington Street: Thursday
Recycling helps reduce landfill waste, conserves natural resources, and keeps recyclable materials in use.
The New London Lassies & Lads & Pioneers are selling sweet corn for $6/dozen at the New London Park today Friday, July 24th and tomorrow, Saturday, July 25th from 8:30am until they sell out! So don’t miss out. Nothing like corn on the cob for dinner!
Line dancing with Tri-State Line Dancing at the Mount Pleasant Moose Lodge from 6-8 pm. Beginner friendly, open to all ages, and a whole lot of fun! Learn 2-3 new dances with open dancing in between. Make new friends and invite your current friends July 24th, 31st, August 7th, and August 14th. $20 for all four classes or $6/class!
