On Saturday evening, July 18th, multiple Washington County agencies—Sheriff’s Office, Ambulance, EMS, and Conservation—responded to a call reporting a 4-wheeler accident with a possible injury to an adult female.
47-year-old Kelly Ann Ross, of Washington, was transported to the Washington County Hospital. She was arrested for operating while intoxicated, 1st offense, failure to maintain control, and failure to provide financial liability. Ross was then transported and booked into the Washington County Jail.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
