The Henry County Secondary Roads Department is advising motorists of a temporary road closure early this week.
The Iowa Department of Transportation will close the westbound Highway 34 on-ramp to W-55, or Franklin Avenue, on Monday, July 27th, and Tuesday, July 28th, for road work. The closure will be in effect from 6 a.m. until 6 p.m. both days.
Drivers who normally use the Franklin Avenue on-ramp off of Highway 34 are encouraged to plan an alternate route and allow extra travel time while the work is being completed.
