A Washington man facing 14 felony charges is scheduled to be arraigned next week.
Terry Terell Taylor, 41, of Washington, was arrested July 1st on a Washington County warrant. He remains in the Washington County Jail on a $200,000 cash-only bond.
Taylor is charged with six counts of distributing drugs to a person younger than 18, third-degree sexual abuse, four controlled-substance violations and three counts of failing to affix a drug-tax stamp.
Court documents allege the offenses occurred between 2020 and 2026. Taylor is accused of distributing marijuana to minors, sexually abusing a child younger than 15 and possessing cocaine and prescription drugs with the intent to distribute.
Some of the alleged offenses reportedly occurred in the 300 block of West Madison Street and the 100 block of South Avenue B in Washington. A no-contact order has also been issued.
Taylor’s arraignment is scheduled for August 6th in Washington County District Court.
The charges are accusations, and Taylor is presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
