Wolves head coach Scott McCarty talked about the expectations for his team,

“One thing we’ve been talking about is be brilliant at the basics. You know, just the basic fundamentals. You’d be surprised how well you can do, not just in football, but in every aspect of your life. If you’re just good at the basic things, you know, so we work on that a lot, just being really good at the fundamentals. And I expect them to come to work, right? And, you know, just do your job. If your job is to do this, you do this at a high level, right? I mean, it comes down to being a person of integrity, you know, doing what you’re supposed to do, how you’re supposed to do it for as long as it needs to be done. And that’s kind of what we preach to our kids every day is do what you’re supposed to do, do it how you’re supposed to do it, and then do it until it’s done. You know, there’s two ways to do things, right and again. You know, so you got to make sure that you’re doing it right every time.”
