Henry County ATV/UTV Ordinance Takes Effect July 1

Following the third and final reading, a new ordinance regulating ATV/UTV use on Henry County secondary roads received final approval Tuesday on a 2 to 1 vote by the Board of Supervisors.  The new ordinance goes into effect July 1, 2021.  The Henry County Recorder’s office is ordering the registration stickers that will have to be visible on the vehicles.  But the Supervisors must first decide how much that registration will cost annually.
