Chick-fil-A Finds Permanent Home in Southeast Iowa

Chick-fil-A is coming to Burlington — permanently.
Jeremy Hess, director of economic development for the Greater Burlington Partnership, said the restaurant will be near the corner of Agency Street and Roosevelt Avenue.
The restaurant should open by early next year, according to Hess.
Hess said the location, which will be in the same block as Walgreens and Pizza Ranch, used to belong to Southeast Iowa Regional Medical Center. Chick-fil-A purchased the location from Southeast Iowa Regional Medical Center, which had considered putting a quick care unit there at one time.
